I started my business at 47, in the middle of a season I did not yet have language for. My corporate career came to a close after twenty plus years. My energy was shifting. My body felt different. My confidence fluctuated in ways I could not explain. Relationships were evolving. My identity was recalibrating in real time. And while all of that was happening, I was building.

No one really prepares you for what it means to pursue visibility, raise your prices, and lead at a high level while navigating perimenopause, menopause, changing dynamics at home, and a deeper internal transition. But that is the reality for many accomplished women in midlife. We are not starting over. We are expanding in the middle of complexity.

That lived experience shaped my work.

Today, I am a luxury personal brand strategist and advisor for women over 50 who are still building. I work with accomplished executives, consultants, and founders who are done performing for approval and ready to be positioned, visible, and paid at the level they have earned. Through my signature 3 R Method™: Recalibrate, Reposition, Reign, I help women replace the reinvention narrative with strategic repositioning so their lived experience translates into authority, income, and legacy.

At this stage of my life, I am still expanding my own platform, launching new initiatives, and leading women into their next level. I do not teach reinvention. I teach recalibration. I teach positioning. I teach women how to rule from the power they already carry.

Because experience does not expire.

It compounds.

And when positioned correctly, it reigns.
