Elaine Grant is a theatre education and access specialist with 38 years of experience in the creative industries, dedicated to connecting diverse communities with transformative cultural experiences. Through her consultancy, Elaine Grant Creative Consulting, she specialises in audience diversification, community engagement, and mentoring emerging creatives toward sustainable arts careers. She bridges the gap between cultural institutions and underrepresented audiences, leveraging her extensive networks to help theatre professionals realise their vision of truly inclusive programming.

Elaine's commitment to equity in the arts extends to her trustee roles with the Black Heroes Foundation and Family Arts Campaign, and mainstream school governor and board positions with Action for Children's Arts and UK Theatre's Inclusion and Anti-Racism working group. She served as a Family Panel member for the Olivier Awards and received the prestigious Alfred Fagan Award as a Champion of Black Theatre in 2021.

Her portfolio includes ground breaking access and inclusion work with leading institutions, including Harewood House, Sadler's Wells, Royal Shakespeare Company, The National Theatre, V&A Museum, and National Portrait Gallery.
