Isimemen Aladejobi is a Transformational Career & Business Growth Strategist passionate about shifting the narrative in people's personal lives - particularly women of color who feel unseen, unheard, undervalued, and underrepresented in their careers.
A change maker in her own right, Isimemen seeks to push women to refocus their mindsets and get clear on their purpose so they can confidently live out their God-given destinies. She believes that rising women can land their dream roles, match their income to their value, and confidently and gracefully push back to a world that's told them "no" for far too long.
Through her signature program, Fulfilled, she has helped hundreds of Black women identify and secure their dream jobs while shifting their mindsets, increasing their confidence, and providing crystal clarity. Participants in her programs have landed multiple job offers, 6-figure offers after years of unemployment, double promotions, $100k salary increases, and increased clarity and confidence, resulting in over $7 million in new salaries.
Isi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a minor in Technical Entrepreneurship from The University of Maryland at College Park, and a master’s degree in Education from George Mason University. She resides in Washington, DC with her husband and four children.
