I Turned 6 Years in Business and Hit 3 Massive Wins in One Day. In this short video, I’m celebrating a big personal milestone. On April 10, 2020, I launched my platform during a very uncertain time, but I decided to move forward anyway. What started as a simple idea has now grown into something powerful and meaningful. Today marks 6 years of Women of Color: An Intimate Conversation, a space built to share real stories, real voices, and real growth. This moment is about reflection, gratitude, and honoring the journey from the very beginning to where I am now.
- This video is also about showing what happens when you stay consistent even when things are hard. From launching during a pandemic to building a Top 20 podcast, the journey has been full of learning and growth. Today, I also celebrate reaching Top 15 in the Entrepreneur of Impact competition, currently ranking #4 in search. These wins didn’t happen overnight. They came from showing up, improving step by step, and believing in the mission even when the results were not immediate.
- Another important milestone I share in this video is progress toward protecting my brand. I am now closer to officially securing the Dream Lifestyle™ Collective trademark. This is more than just a legal step. It is about protecting the vision, the message, and the community that has been built over time. Every brand has a foundation, and this moment reflects the importance of ownership, long-term thinking, and building something that lasts beyond just one moment or one year.

- This celebration is not just about numbers or rankings. It is about impact. The podcast and live platform have grown into a movement that uplifts women of color and especially Black women 50+. It is about creating space, visibility, and opportunity where it was missing before. Every win represents the people who support, watch, listen, and grow with this platform. This journey proves that consistency, purpose, and community can create real transformation over time.
