Manager / Mom

I’m 47 years old and a proud mom of twin girls who will turn 17 this year. I’ve spent more than 16 years in retail management, and in 2020—after my mother passed—I made the decision to return to school. Her passing, while deeply painful, became a turning point: it felt like a rebirth and reawakened my creative side.

Today, I work at Tiffany & Co. as a Manager, Repair Services, overseeing the Finishing Department, Silversmith team, and Washout team. If I had to define my life in a few words, I’d say I’m a creative, strong, fun, and passionate woman of color. I’m driven by achievement and by developing my teams, and I welcome feedback—applying it when it helps me grow.

This year, I’ve been intentional about stepping outside of my comfort zone and exploring what’s next. I’m focused on elevating my life in every area and continuing to grow into the next version of myself.
