What doors keep opening for you?  For Monique “AJ” Smith, Consultant, Adjunct, Post Host, Co-Author, Magazine Publisher, Executive Coach, Sports Management was the door that kept opening.  Monique was involved in administrative aspects of sports from a young age, was encouraged to pursue PR, which she did, and 30 years later, has enjoyed a successful career in Sports Management. Check out this week’s episode to learn more about her journey, her investment in the education of her students and how she is impacting women in athletics. Monique is a wealth of information.  She also suggested my son, who is pursuing sports management/events, consider parks & recs based on his love of playing in pick-up games.

This week’s guest is…
