“Living by Design” with Ericka Spradley

Ericka Spradley, Career Management Strategist, and “Confident Career Woman” was stuck. She’d gotten too comfortable in her comfort zone and needed a better quality of life which included going to church on Sundays. Considering she was a manager in retail often having to work on weekends, she had a decision to make.
