- Building the right circle does not happen by simply waiting for good people to appear. You have to be willing to seek them out. Think about where the people you want to meet spend their time and find ways to be there. Join communities, attend events, take part in conversations, and make yourself available for new connections. The goal is not to meet everyone. It is to find people who share your values, goals, mindset, and desire to grow.
- One of the most important lessons is to become the kind of person you want in your own circle. If you want honest, supportive, positive, ambitious, and caring people around you, work on bringing those same qualities into your relationships. Your energy and actions can help attract people who connect with your values. Strong relationships are not only about finding the right people.
